Bookstore emails are likely not going to Junk/Spam, but are being filtered into the “Other” inbox in Outlook. Follow the steps below to locate your access code.

Step 1: Check Your Focused vs. Other Inbox (Outlook)

  1. Open your Outlook email.

  2. At the top of your inbox, look for two tabs:

    • Focused

    • Other

  3. Click Other.

  4. Look for an email from the bookstore.

Many bookstore emails are filtered into Other, not Junk.

Step 2: Search for the Correct Email Subject

Use the search bar in Outlook and search for:

  • “Digital Content”

Look for emails with one of these subject lines:

  • New Digital Content Is In Your Library

  • Welcome. Your Digital Content is Available

Searching “Digital Learning” will NOT work — the correct term is Digital Content.

Step 3: Check the Sender Address

Make sure the email is from:

bookstorecustomercare@email.bncollege.com

This is the official bookstore email that sends your digital access codes.

Step 4: Add the Bookstore to Safe Senders (Whitelist)

To prevent missing the email in the future: Add Manually in Settings (Outlook)

  1. Go to LSUA Student Email

  2. Click the ⚙️ Settings gear in the top right.

  3. Click MailJunk email.

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.

  5. Enter the email address:

    bookstorecustomercare@email.bncollege.com

  6. Click Save.

Still Can’t Find Your Email?

Try the following:

  • Search again using “Digital Content”

  • Check both Focused and Other

  • Check Deleted Items

  • Check Junk/Spam

  • Make sure you are logged in with the correct school email account
