Students may access their 1098-T form electronically from Self-Service.

1. Login to your my.LSUA account at https://my.lsua.edu/Account/Login.
2. Select Self-Service on the top menu bar.
3. On the next page, click 
4. In Self-Service, select the FINANCES tab and then select 1098-T from the dropdown menu.
5. You will now be asked to CONSENT to opt to receive 1098-T forms electronically. If you want to do so, please read and accept the terms and conditions set for signing the consent for 1098-T

6. Once CONSENT is granted, you will be taken to your 1098-T document.
7. Select the appropriate tax year and you can view your 1098-T document.
