Attendance reporting is now accessed in my.lsua.edu


How to Access


1. Log into myLSUA and click on the NOTIFICATION BELL icon from the top menu. 


2. Hover to the "Action Center”, then select Unreported Section Attendance.



How To Post Attendance


3. Select the Course you want to mark attendance for from the menu. 



4.  A menu to the right side will populate to show you all the students of this course.  Next to each student's name is a    

     purple dropdown box to allow you to select the appropriate attendance status of the students' attendance.  Make your               selections and then press SAVE. ** You must press SAVE for the attendance to be reported**

NOTE:  If all students have attended - Select the button "ALL ATTENDED".


5.  Once you have submitted your attendance for a course, you will receive a GREEN "Attendance Submitted 

     Successfully" message and the course will now display a label indicating "Attendance Taken".


Notes: 

You are able to go back and EDIT attendance if you need to by clicking on the COURSE and then making the changes.  Be reminded to press SAVE.
