GUILD students that are using employer benefits for education and have courses with proctored exams may choose to retrieve their exam codes through MyLSUA to have the charges included with employer billing. NOTE: If student has capped funding and funds are not available, the charges will be placed on your LSUA fee bill and will be due when billing process through GUILD is complete. You are not required to retrieve a code, but once you do it will be applied to your student account during billing and will be part of your university fee bill.
- Proctor Service Codes can ONLY be retrieved 7 days prior to the start of the exam period through the last day of the exam as set by faculty for the course (overrides or extensions will not translate to this system).
- The instructor must have the exam registered AND the student must be marked ‘eligible’ through GUILD’s Roll Call system.
- Only one code can be retrieved for a specific exam in a specific class. If you forget or lose it, you can return to the retrieval screen to display it again. Do not share codes as they are not reusable or transferrable.
